We love shabu shabu as much as you do. That is why we have been serving it since 2008!
“Shabu shabu” is a Japanese word for “swish swish,” the sound produced when the thinly sliced meat is being cooked in the most delicious and fragrant pot of broth.

We prepare our broth daily and they come in 3 tasty choices.
Dashi ( traditional seaweed and bonito flakes )
Tonkotsu ( milky white, collagen packed and cooked for at least 8 hours pork broth )
Kimuchi ( home-made secret spicy recipe )
Eno-Oka only uses the freshest ingredients and serves authentic shabu shabu.

Founded in 2008 by Director and Head Chef; Kenny, Eno-Oka has been enjoyed by thousands in Singapore and especially loved by their loyal Japanese patrons.

Kenny has over 20 years of experience working in Japanese restaurants specializing in shabu shabu and had training in Japan before moving to Singapore to start Eno-Oka.

Kenny believes in providing the freshest and most delicious culinary experience as well as friendly personable customer service as key to his business success.
